Federal Reviews (A-95) Overview

Regional Review: CUPPAD serves as the regional clearinghouse for most federal and state funded programs. Through this role, CUPPAD enhances intergovernmental coordination and encourages opportunities for public comment on projects of regional significance. Under this system, local comments are requested from interested parties concerning certain federally funded projects prior to federal approval. The purpose is to identify potential conflict with local and regional plans and policies, or to avoid duplication of effort. Click here for the Standard Form 424.
